Chilli Keepsakes Festival Competition Terms and Conditions

Win Your Purchase Price Back, up to $100!

1. Promoter

The promoter is Carrie Floyd trading as Chilli Keepsakes, ABN 15 421 144 828, based in Drouin, Victoria.

For competition enquiries, email info@chillikeepsakes.com.

2. Competition period

The competition opens when the Chilli Keepsakes stall opens at the Melbourne Dog Lovers Festival on Saturday 17 October 2026.

Entries close at 11:59 pm on Friday 23 October 2026.

All times stated in these terms are Melbourne local time.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and meet the entry requirements below.

The promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter at the festival

To enter, you must:

  • Purchase one or more Dog Memory Books from the Chilli Keepsakes stall at the 2026 Melbourne Dog Lovers Festival.

  • Provide a valid email address when purchasing.

  • Expressly agree to receive Chilli Keepsakes marketing emails and enter the competition.

Existing marketing subscribers may enter by confirming their email address and agreeing to enter.

Entry carries no additional fee beyond the eligible purchase.

5. Online purchases if festival stock sells out

If Chilli Keepsakes sells out of Dog Memory Books at the festival, attendees who are unable to purchase because of the sell-out may be offered the discount code DOGFEST20 directly by Chilli Keepsakes.

To enter through this option, the attendee must:

  • Purchase one or more Dog Memory Books at chillikeepsakes.com before the competition closes.

  • Apply DOGFEST20 at checkout.

  • Provide a valid email address and expressly agree to receive Chilli Keepsakes marketing emails and enter the competition.

Using the code alone does not constitute an entry.

This option is available only to festival attendees offered the code because festival stock has sold out. Other online purchases are not eligible.

6. One entry per person

There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of how many books they buy.

Only the person’s first transaction meeting all entry requirements will be entered into the competition. This is their “entered transaction”.

Additional purchases do not create extra entries and are not included in the prize calculation.

7. Prize

There is one winner.

The prize is a refund of the amount actually paid for eligible Dog Memory Books in the winner’s entered transaction, up to a maximum of $100 AUD.

If the entered transaction includes multiple eligible Dog Memory Books, their combined purchase price is included, subject to the $100 cap.

The refund is calculated after any discounts. Shipping, other products and other charges are excluded.

The maximum total prize value is $100 AUD.

The prize does not include additional transactions and cannot be transferred to another person.

8. Purchase validity

Cancelled or fully refunded purchases are not eligible.

If an entered transaction has been partially refunded, any amount already refunded for eligible Dog Memory Books will be deducted from the prize calculation.

Nothing in these terms limits customers’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Draw

The winner will be selected by a random draw at 3:00 pm on Sunday 25 October 2026 in Drouin, Victoria.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

10. Winner notification and publication

The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw, using the email address supplied with their entry.

The winner’s first name and surname initial will be published on this page by Tuesday 27 October 2026:

https://chillikeepsakes.com/pages/market-competition-terms-and-conditions

The promoter may request reasonable information to verify the winner’s identity, purchase and eligibility.

11. Prize payment

The prize will be paid within 28 days of the draw, subject to verification of the winning entry.

Payment will be made through the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed with the winner.

The winner will not be charged a fee to claim or receive the prize.

12. Unclaimed prize

The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

If the winner has not responded by 12:00 noon on Sunday 15 November 2026, or the winning entry is found to be invalid, a replacement draw may be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday 15 November 2026 in Drouin, Victoria, subject to applicable law.

The replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining valid entries, notified by email within two business days, and announced on this page within two business days.

The replacement prize will be calculated using the replacement winner’s entered transaction, subject to the same $100 maximum, and paid within 28 days of the replacement draw.

13. Personal information and marketing

Information supplied by entrants will be used to record and verify entries, administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange prize payment.

Entrants must expressly consent to receive Chilli Keepsakes marketing emails when entering.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, including before the draw, without affecting their valid competition entry.

Unsubscribing will not prevent competition administration emails, including winner notification and correspondence needed to arrange prize payment. It will not result in the entrant being resubscribed to marketing.

The winner’s first name and surname initial may be published as described above.

14. General

By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

The promoter may exclude entries that are fraudulent, duplicated or do not meet the stated entry requirements.

Any decisions about eligibility or the draw will be made fairly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

This competition is conducted by Chilli Keepsakes. It is not administered by the Melbourne Dog Lovers Festival.
