Returns & Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@chillikeepsakes.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders made by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

If a replacement or refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
