At Chilli Keepsakes, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your journal within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your journal must be unused, in its original condition and suitable for resale.
• Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. As our books are produced on demand by a third-party printer, cancellations are not available once an order is placed. However, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery (which exceeds the 14-day EU minimum) in accordance with our returns policy above. To exercise your right of return, please contact us at info@chillikeepsakes.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

As our books are printed on demand, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have made an error with your order, please contact us at info@chillikeepsakes.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has commenced.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@chillikeepsakes.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian law.
